If the item you want is held by Kāpiti Coast District Libraries, but is not on the shelf you can reserve it :
- at any of the libraries
- by phone
- from the Catalogue on this website (you will need a password on your card - get one now or ask at the information desk at any library.)
Reserve Charges
Children's books, videos, CDs and DVDs are free to reserve, other items are $2. (* 50% discount for community services supergold card holders.) This is payable when you pick up the item.
Collecting a reserve
You will be rung or texted when the item is ready for you to pick up and have 7 days to collect it. The $2 fee still applies if you do not pick up the item or cancel the reserve.
If the library does not hold the item you want we can Interloan it from another library.
