ePukapuka is a lower North Island library consortia which gives library customers free access to eBooks and digital audiobooks through the OverDrive platform. Titles include fiction and non-fiction items for adults, young adults and children. New titles are regularly added.

By downloading and installing the free software you can use your library card (ePukapuka is case sensitive) and PIN to:

• Download fiction and non-fiction titles from home at any time. Titles are free to borrow. you can borrow up to 5 titles. Titles are also free to reserve;
• Transfer e-book titles to your computer or portable devices such eBook readers and smartphones;
• Transfer audio titles to your computer or portable devices such as an MP3 player or iPod;
• Burn some audio book titles to disc;
• Avoid late fees — the titles self expire or you can check in e-books early if you have finished with them;
• OverDrive eBooks are compatible with most eBook readers and mobile devices except Kindles.
